OWN ARTWORK
I prefer to exhibit in collaboration with other artists and have participated in duo exhibitions and many group exhibitions over the years.
My most recent collaborative exhibition was in 2022, 'MESH - the fabric of friends' at the RK Contemporary Gallery in the Western Cape, South Africa, with Colleen Alborough, Gwen Miller, and Emma Willemse.
I have also participated in several print exchanges in recent years.
OTHER EXPERIENCE
I currently work as an independent curator, see HERE
I've been involved in the South African art world for 30 years in different capacities, ranging from teaching privately and lecturing in the Visual Arts Department at Unisa to marketing South African original prints. I have strong professional bonds with most of South Africa’s professional printmaking studios.
In 2013, I co-founded and ran outoftheCUBE, an online platform to promote the work of mid-career South African artists, one of the first of its kind in South Africa. It ran for 5 years until 2018.
Between 2018 and 2020, I assisted Sharon Sampson with her project The South African Fine Art Print Fair (FAP).
In 2021, I was on the admin team of the South African collective The Printing Girls.
